Need a laugh?

It's so funny what random noises will make my child laugh, but I'm willing to do anything to hear that sweet sound. You should know a couple of things before you watch this:

1. No video is ever complete without a dog fight in the background (or Friend's on the TV for that matter).

2. Red sweatpants are a must have for any fashionable mom this season!

3. I've been a little sickly lately, please ignore the coughing- I promise I didn't cough on the baby.

4. This video might not be for you if you are the sea sick type, my video taping skills aren't up to par either. :)

Enjoy!

Another month... already?!?

So,has it really been another month already and here I am finally updating! We have had a really great month, and it has come with some big changes. We started introducing Emery to solid food this month, and it is so fun! I love watching her reaction to the new flavors of the food- her facial expressions are too funny! She has done very well with all of them, after she gets over the initial shock of something new.

The first vegetable- peas!

Then we moved on to squash

And her favorite so far, green beans, yum!

Of course, I just feel the need to also include of some pictures just because she is so cute and I love taking pictures of her. Poor girl, she just never gets any attention. She has already figured out that she loves the iPhone and we look at all her pictures at least once a day, hehe!

She's getting so good at tummy time

Playing with Daddy

She recently found her feet and she plays with them all the time. This has made diaper changes very fun :)

We got SNOW! This was Valentine's weekend and we got 6 inches- it was just beautiful!

Of course, I do realize I just went from a snow picture to a sunny, short sleeved picture but what can I say- we live in Texas! A week after the snow it was 70 degrees outside (heavenly!), so we spent the afternoon at the park. Emery was sporting some new shades and tried out the swings. She's not too sure about them, but I think it will grow on her
